By researching enterprises’ experiences in dealing with key software providers, such as IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP, Duncan helps clients create sound sourcing strategies, nurture better supplier relationships, and get better outcomes from their strategic software investments. He also advises software providers on pricing strategies and commercial trends.
Diane Léonard – VP Digital Transformation, Barco
As VP of Digital Transformation at Barco, Diane is leading the company-wide change program to foster incremental growth through XaaS solutions. In particular, she is defining and implementing the company’s Digital Engagement Platform including ecommerce, software licensing and the subscription/pay-per-use operations and billing system. In her nearly 10-year career at Barco, Diane has held a variety of strategy and technology-focused positions including SAP applications, new product introductions, hardware and software solutions for the Healthcare, Entertainment and Corporate markets served by Barco.
