CloudCraze Thanks our Customers, Just as Salesforce Thanks Them

Today Salesforce took the SalesforceLive airwaves to celebrate the success of FY17 and kickoff FY18: The Year of Einstein. Marc Benioff started the event by thanking the Salesforce customers, partners, employees and investors for making it all possible and highlighting the outstanding Q4 and FY17 results.

As part of the Salesforce family, CloudCraze echoes the thoughts of Marc Benioff and Salesforce. We thank all of our customers, partners, employees and investors for the success that we’ve achieved in the last year. It includes significant growth in customer logos and ARR, impressive expansion among existing customers and $20MM in investment from Insight Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures.

Benioff and the Salesforce executives continued the event by highlighting the revolutionary ways in which several customers are using the Customer Success Platform to enhance their businesses. As a Salesforce Platinum ISV Partner, CloudCraze is powering the B2B commerce solutions that are enabling the digital transformations for many of these same customers.

Salesforce featured Coca-Cola who is using CRM, commerce and AI to ensure their customers’ stores are stocked with the right merchandise for their customers. Coca-Cola powers its B2B commerce site,, with CloudCraze Commerce on Salesforce, increasing revenue, reducing costs and generating growth.

Salesforce also cited Adidas who is conducting billions of dollars of commerce on the platform. Adidas launched B2B commerce with CloudCraze Commerce on Salesforce in 2016 and is expanding commerce to its business customers globally.

Salesforce then pivoted to announce that Salesforce Spring ’17 is Live with Einstein. But, perhaps even more importantly, they introduced the AI partnership with IBM Watson and Salesforce Einstein.

IBM Watson is a pioneer in artificial intelligence and CloudCraze has been working alongside Watson for over a year. When Kellogg’s decided to launch, an online site for ordering personalized granola blends, they selected CloudCraze as its commerce platform and IBM Chef Watson to provide guidance based on smart culinary insights.
